Osun Office Of Transportation Congratulates Gov. Adeleke On Apex Court Victory

The Osun State Office of Transportation has congratulated the State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke on his recent victory at the Supreme Court.

This is contained in congratulatory message signed by the Executive Secretary, Office of Transportation, Engr. Bilal Adiat and made available to newsmen in Osogbo. 

Engr. Bilal stated that the unanimous verdict of the five Justices of the Supreme Court which sat in Abuja is a testament to the fact that Osun people willingly and massively casted their votes for Governor Ademola Adeleke in the July 2022 gubernatorial elections.

He said the affirmation of Governor Adeleke as the duly elected Governor of Osun State by the Apex Court in Abuja will no doubt go down in history as a victory for the masses.

Engr. Bilal noted that Governor Adeleke is indeed the people's Governor going by the reaction of residents of the State who erupted in jubilation the moment the pronouncement was made.

The Office Of Transportation through Engr. Bilal Adiat then pledged the unflinching support of the agency for the Governor to succeed in office, while urging motorists and other road users to obey traffic laws and stay safe on the roads.

Use farm tools, processing equipments given you to progress your farming businesses, Osun Agric Commissioner urges women in Agriculture

 Tobiloba-Taiwo Awofadeju  Osun State Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Security, Hon. Tola Faseru, has enjoined the women farmers in the State, especially in Atakumosa East Local Government Area to ensure that the farming processing equipment, tools and livestock distributed to them are used solely for the purpose of growing their agricultural businesses. Osun LGSC career head directs HLAs to make imprest a first line charge

By Jide Akano Heads of Local Government Administration (HLAs) in Osun State have been directed to make the issue of monthly imprest their first line charge while dispensing their monthly allocation. This directive was given by the Permanent Secretary in the Local Government Service Commission, Barr. Adeoye Popoola at a crucial management meeting with the HLAs in Abere. Barr. Popoola who averred that it would be in the best interest of local government councils to pay monthly imprest regularly, in order to enhance work productivity  as well as boosting the morale of workers.
