Gov. Adeleke is God sent to Osun- OS-CAN Chairman

The Christian body in Osun, under the umbrella of Christian Association of Nigeria, Osun State chapter, has again described the State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke as a God sent man to the State due to his numerous achievements within his few months in office.
The Chairman, OS-CAN, Rev. John Adeleke stated this during his courtesy call on the Governor in his office, State Secretariat, Abere.
Rev. Adeleke, who spoke on behalf of other executives stressed that the Governor's achievements in all sectors aree unprecedented, like prompt payment of workers salaries, road infrastructure and giving Bola Ige House, Abere a befitting look, among others.
Rev. Adeleke therefore appealed to the Governor to employ Christian Religious Studies Teachers (CRS) in Schools across the State so as rescusitate the dying subject in Schools, adding that it will help Students in teaching them the way of God.
He equally enjoined government to employ more youths into the service to save them from committing avoidable crimes. He used the opportunity to make some salient requests from the government such as, carrying the Christian body along in any matter that concerns Christians, sponsorship to holy pilgrimage, donation of bus to the Association and rescucitation of subvention to enable them carry out some obligations, among others.
He pledged their support to the present administration, through prayers for a successful tenure.
In his response, Senator Ademola Adeleke appreciated OS-CAN for their support through prayers, acknowledging it is their fervent prayers that has been sustaining him in office.
The Governor, who attributed his all-round victory to his unrelenting praises to God, said he is determined to serve the State and bring it to limelight among other States of the federation.
He recounted some of his achievements which included, construction and rehabilitation of roads, lighting up the streets across the State, adequate security of lives and property of residents which, according to him, has attracted investors into the State.
He also disclosed that hospital equipments would soon be secured through a partnership from abroad.
Governor Adeleke therefore pledged to complete the electrification of the State within the next two years to save her from darkness , promising to support them and acceed to their requests as time goes by, urging them to continue praying for him to overcome every enemy of progress in the State.
