Osun health Ministry Boss charges workers on punctuality & neatness to work

The newly appointed Permanent Secretary in the the Ministry of Health,Dr. Isiak Adekunle has charged the staff of the Ministry on punctuality and neatness,  urging them to be more proactive and dedicated to their works with a view to  taking Osun State to  greater heights.

Dr.Adekunle gave the charge during an interactive meeting with  members.

The Medical Practitioner hinted further that as members of the staff, punctuality coupled with deligience at work  is paramount and key in assisting the government of the day to achieve it's lofty agenda for the good people of the State.

Dr Adekunle who emphasized that the State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke is very passionate about individual and environmental neatness, also admonished the staff to always dress neatly, advancing,"the way you dress, is the way you would be addressed." 

The new Ministry Accounting Officer also harped on the need for the staff  to use dedicated hours every Thursday for environmental sanitation, adding that cleaniness is next to godliness.He further advised the staff to be meticulous in  observing the Public Service Rules.

Use farm tools, processing equipments given you to progress your farming businesses, Osun Agric Commissioner urges women in Agriculture

 Tobiloba-Taiwo Awofadeju  Osun State Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Security, Hon. Tola Faseru, has enjoined the women farmers in the State, especially in Atakumosa East Local Government Area to ensure that the farming processing equipment, tools and livestock distributed to them are used solely for the purpose of growing their agricultural businesses. The Commissioner gave the charge while flagging off the distribution of farm tools, livestock such as Goats, Broilers and processing equipments, worth millions of naira, to women farmers, which was a project supported by the World Bank  in collaboration with Osun State Government at a programme held in Ilesha. Osun LGSC career head directs HLAs to make imprest a first line charge

By Jide Akano Heads of Local Government Administration (HLAs) in Osun State have been directed to make the issue of monthly imprest their first line charge while dispensing their monthly allocation. This directive was given by the Permanent Secretary in the Local Government Service Commission, Barr. Adeoye Popoola at a crucial management meeting with the HLAs in Abere. Barr. Popoola who averred that it would be in the best interest of local government councils to pay monthly imprest regularly, in order to enhance work productivity  as well as boosting the morale of workers.
