Governor Adeleke cherishes Culture and Tourism- Bankole Ojo

The Commissioner for Cultural and Tourism in Osun State, Mr. Bankole Ojo has described the State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke as a man who cherishes Yoruba Culture and Tourism, hence his passion to develop and give it a facelift in all ramifications.
Bankole said this on a personality radio interview programme titled "Imole Osun" in Osogbo, the State Capital.
He explained that in just less than a year of Governor Adeleke's saddle in office, Culture and Tourism has witnessed tremendous turn around, promising that there it will witness a monumental turn around in due course.
While asserting that there are many countries whose economy only depend on culture and tourism, the Commissioner trumpeted that Osun Government is ready to look inward and bring something meaningful out of culture and tourist sites spread across the State.
Bankole, who went in company of the management team of the Ministry, explained that the year 2023 Osun Osogbo festival will be celebrated in a unique form, as all preparations are in top gear. He advised law breakers or hoodlums to stay away from the programme, warning that security operatives will be heavily on ground treat curtail any untoward activity.
The political head of the Ministry further explained that, Osun Osogbo festival is a 14- day event with cultural day holding on Wednesday and ground finale slated for Friday.
