Ilesa West LG PDP Excos lauds Gov. Adeleke for appointing 2 Ijesha Indigenes as Commissioners

In line with their unanimous resolve to show their sense of gratitude and appreciation, the entire Ilesha West local government executives and members of Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) have passed a vote of confidence on Governor Ademola Adeleke.
The party leaders and members were unanimous in their declaration that they have never had it so good and rewarding.
In an apparent show of appreciation for the appointments of Barristers Dosu Babatunde as Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and Jola Akintola as Commissioner for Health in the present Osun state Executive Council, they affirmed their readiness to continue to give necessary support to Senator Adeleke's administration.
Speaking, the PDP Chairman, Ilesa West Local Government, Alhaji Mudasiru Lawal
during a courtesy visit to the two Commissioners at the Osun State Government Secretariat, Abere, alluded to the need for the two members of the Osun state Executive Council from Ijesha land to be their good ambassadors in the scheme of things.
Alhaji Mudasiru who acknowledged the numerous achievements of Governor Adeleke within a short period of assumption of office noted that the people of Ijesha land and Osun state in general will ever remain grateful.
The PDP Chairman in Ilesha West Local Government also thanked the Governor for his efforts at ensuring that Ilesa University takes off fully in consonance with a recent approval of 32 courses granted the new Institution by the National Universities Commission ( NUC)
While urging the Governor to keep the good work going, the party excos called for urgent attention to the repair of the deplorable conditions of roads in Isale General in Ilesa West to Moroko, Ila- Ijesa to Kajola under the purview of Atakunmosa West Local Government area of the State.
In their separate responses, the two Commissioners who were equally full of appreciation for the solidarity visit pledged their commitment to be good ambassadors of the people of Ijesha land.
