Adeleke reaffirms commitment to inclusive governance

Osun State Governor, Sen. Ademola Adeleke today reaffirmed his commitment to run an all-inclusive government, promising that he will be fair to all the citizens of the state, irrespective of their religion or political affiliations.
Adeleke, who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye, during the 2023 new year traditional prayer which took place at the Bola Igbe House of Osun State Secretariat Abere, said his government will not abandon its philosophy of open and all inclusive government.
Adeleke also stressed that his administration is committed to the implementation of his five-point agenda.
He said " this agenda has been segmented into a rolling plan of 100 days,six months, one year and so on" saying his administration has already commenced the implementation of the 100 days programmes.
He disclosed that the last one month was used to:" collate data, clean up the State finance,launch reform of the civil service, recover State assets and to lay a strong foundation for the new administration"The Araba Awo Osogbo, Chief Fayemi Elebuibon also prayed for the unity and progress of Yoruba land as a whole.
Oba Aderemi Adedapo, Oludo of Ido Osun, when appreciating the government for the grace of the gathering, also enjoined the Governor not to take Ifa words for granted.
Present at the programme were traditional rulers, Osun state civil servants, different traditionalists, Executive Secretary, Council for Arts and Culture, Mr Samuel Adeniyi and the Coordinator Director, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Mrs Solabomi Akinsola in the company of Directors and workers from the Ministry.
