Ope BELLO Osun State High Court, sitting in Ikire, presided over by Honourable Justice Christiana  Olokede Obadina today convicted Prophet Philip Segun and Owolabi Adeeko for the murder of one Favour Duley Oladele, a final year student of Lagos State University. The Convicts are Prophet Philip Segun (42 years) and Owolabi Adeeko (23 years), while Bola Adeeko (46 years) was convicted for eating human flesh. The Convicts are facing two counts charge of conspiracy and murder, contrary to Section 324 and 319(1) of the Criminal Code Cap. 34 Laws of Osun State, 2002. The prosecution team from the Ministry of Justice was led by the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary, Barrister Adekemi Bello who appeared along with Barrister Ajibola Alade and others.
