Kingsley Omoyeni Osun State government has warned motorists, especially commercial minibus and other heavy  vehicles against arbitrary parking by the road sides. The State government also frowns at the use of earpiece or earphones by drivers while driving, saying it causes distraction which eventually lead to road accidents.  The government spoke through the Commissioner  for  Transportation, Hon.
